Checking and managing the data 🔍
After that first scan or upload:
- Review every item that was collected
- Edit or delete anything you need to
- Check the content before it is ever used in a reply

- Each item should carry a clear subject — what the data is about
- It is better to put enough context and explanation inside a single item
- Avoid sentences cut short, or information left incomplete
- When you spot something missing, keep filling the gaps by adding items one at a time
Conversation transcripts by email 📧
When a conversation ends, the full transcript is sent to you by email.
- See what was asked, and how the AI answered
- Transcripts are included regardless of whether the DM sat in Primary, General or Requests
Switching between human and AI 🎛️
You can step in yourself at any point while a conversation is running:
- Type #human → the AI stops replying and you take over
- Type #ai → the AI chatbot resumes replying
⏱️ If nothing is answered for more than 10 minutes, it switches quietly back to AI mode on its own.
You can follow up after the conversation 🔁
Even once a conversation has ended:
- You can find that person again in your Instagram DM inbox
- You can message them directly and pick the conversation back up
- Useful for consultations, follow-ups, and converting to a purchase or booking
