Prepare your keywords and DM messages first, then connect Kittychat — that way you switch over with no gap in between! 🚀

🔔 If every Auto DM in Manychat used a different keyword

  1. In Kittychat, set the posts to ‘All posts’ and register your keywords and Auto DMs.
  2. Disconnect Manychat from Instagram.
  3. Connect Kittychat to Instagram, and your automation carries on right away! 😊

🔔 If you set automation up per post in Manychat with the same keyword

  1. In Kittychat, start by setting the posts to ‘All posts’, then register placeholder keywords together with the real Auto DM content.
  2. Disconnect Manychat from Instagram.
  3. Once Kittychat is connected to Instagram, open each registered Auto DM setup, pick the individual posts, and set the keywords back to what they were. 🔍
