1. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, then open 🕶️ an incognito window and log in there.
2. 💻 Try a different device or browser.For example, Safari instead of Chrome, or a mobile browser.
3. 🌐 Connect from a different IP address.For example, use your phone’s mobile data rather than Wi-Fi.
4. 🔄 Log out of Instagram and log back in.
5. 🛡️ Use a VPN to connect from a different region.
6. ⏳ Wait about an hour, then try again in an incognito window.👉 If it is a temporary block from Meta, it often clears on its own with time.
7. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Use a family member’s or friend’s device — log in to Instagram there, 🔗 log in to Kittychat on the same device, and try connecting.This works more often than you would expect.
