Can I use Kittychat at the same time as ManyChat or similar services?

Using two programs at once causes conflicts. We don’t recommend running them in parallel.

Can I use only the keyword-based DM automation and turn off the AI reply feature?

Yes, you can.
Go to ‘AI chatbot placed in DMs’ → ‘AI conversation sessions’ and turn off the switch at the top.

Is Kittychat an app approved by TikTok?

Yes, Kittychat is approved by TikTok. Kittychat uses TikTok’s official API.

Do I need a computer to use Kittychat?

You can use quite a few features with just a smartphone — no computer needed. For auto-DMs, you can register keywords, messages, and auto-replies entirely from your phone.
