Set up an Instagram professional account
To connect Kittychat.ai with Instagram, you need an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account.
Kittychat’s Auto DM feature does not require a Facebook Page. ❌
📱 Here is how to set up a professional account on Instagram:
- 👤 Go to your profile and tap the ☰ menu in the top right.
- ⚙️ Tap Account type and tools.
- 👔 Tap Switch to professional account.
- 👉 Tap Continue.
- 🏷️ Choose a category for your business and tap ✅ Done.
- 🏢 Select Business and tap 👉 Next.
- 👉 Tap Next again.
- 📧 Add your contact info and tap 👉 Next. To skip this step, tap 🚫 Don’t use my contact info.
- ✅ Complete the optional steps, or tap the X in the top right to go back to your profile.
