Is a refund possible?
There are no refunds for costs that have already been paid.
We offer a free plan. Through this, you can experience our service.
There are limitations on features and the number of messages, but within those limits, you can use it for free for life.
Where do you keep the credit card information?
Your card information will not be stored on our servers. It will be securely stored by Stripe, Inc. Kittychat servers only keep the last 4 digits of your card for identification purposes.
What happens in the case of a seasonal business?
You can change plans as needed. During the off-season, you can stay on a free or lower plan and then upgrade again later.
Can I get a discount through an annual subscription?
Currently, there is no annual subscription available.
What are the payment methods?
Payment is accepted only by credit card.
How do I change my plan?
You can log in to the Kittychat website and change it in the subscription menu.
What should I do if I have more than one Instagram account?
With the Expert plan, you can link up to 3 Instagram profiles to your account. If you’d like to add more, please contact us. An additional $15 per profile will be charged, with full access to Expert features.
